I stumbled upon BeeLine by chance, just looking for an oil change. They quickly became my go to place for anything car-related. I’ve been going there for several years now. They’ve done free diagnostics (where I expected to pay), and they don’t overcharge for oil changes. Even with high mileage synthetic oil it’s less than $40. To top it off, the customer service is great. I never leave feeling like I have been swindled. Instead, I feel like I have been helped. It might be tricky to get to their location but it’s worth it!

This place was recommended to me by my parents who have been customers of theirs for years. They are the only place I trust. I have a 12 year old Prius. The tow truck company tried to sell me a battery when I needed a jump, but I drove it to Beeline and after a good 30 minutes of checking it out the technician told me everything was fine. And at NO CHARGE!!! I can’t say enough about this place!! They never try to up sell you. I won’t get car service anywhere else.

A while ago I was having handling problems with my sprinter van. I went to Kearney Mesa Dodge, and spoke to Zachary Keever. He insisted my alignment was off, and my wheels weren’t balanced. I paid for this service out of pocket, and nothing changed with my van. I brought it back a week later, and told him that. He threaten me, and told me not to come back there again for saying that. When I got home I had a threatening email by him. I took my van to beeline, they reset the alignment, and balanced my wheels. They told me the pitch was set wrong on the alignment, and my wheels were 1 g out of balance on each wheel. Beeline fixed everything, and it doesn’t have any handling problems anymore. Then after that I told Zachary Keever what happened he didn’t say anything to, me he sat there silent, then his service manager came out and threatenEd me with the police, and told me not to come back there again just because I said that to him . Kearny mesa dodge wouldn’t do anything for me, and I paid them full price. I will never go back there again unless I absolutely have to. Thanks!
