Anyone who knows me knows that I tell it how it is, good or bad. I saw uneven wear on my front tires so I started calling shops that did alignment. I believe that I called 5 or 6 one morning and I just got a good vibe from this phone call. The guy who answered my call had great manners and showed professionalism which is kinda rare in the auto industry. They had an appt later that day so I grabbed it. I showed up about 15 minutes early. The shop is a no frills place, with great customer service and they finished the alignment quicker than they estimated and at a great price. If you are looking for a shop, I HIGHLY recommend them. Once again, great customer service from everyone I came in contact with, even the mechanic which I find to be rare.
