I had quite a few big dollar problems that needed to be addressed on my '97 4-Runner. I had received estimates from 3 places and Beeline was lowest. Danny was my service writer and he did a very nice job of explaining the charges, what could be postponed until later and honestly I just felt confident that there was nothing going on here in the way of monkey business, bait and switch, etc. Granted, it's an old school, FAR from attractive business, but I wasn't planning on paying for coffee, HD TV, etc with my work order, so it was fittingly sparse. Yes, I dropped a bunch of moola on the repairs, but they did the work in the time quoted, didn't call with a list of things that needed to be done beyond the estimate and just a good experience.
