I told them that I was going on an 800 mile road trip for Christmas and that I thought my brakes were bad. They made an appointment for me at 8AM the next day even though they were completely booked. They told me that they wanted me to be safe on the road. My SUV was finished in 2 hours and the job was done perfectly. Zero problems.
