I am a returning customer who has always been pleased with the service for my Jaguars at Beeline. I set up an appointment for 9:30 and arrived about 9:15 with my wife's 1990 XJ-S convertible. They brought my car into the shop and started work on the front end alignment before my 9:30 appointment time. The work was completed around 10 AM and I was on my way shorely afterwards. I am retired military and they gave me a nice discount. I asked for printouts of the before and after readings (I removed and replaced the front steering rack myself and wanted to make sure that I didn't mess things up) which they gladly provided. I am very happy with the service that I received at Beeline.

I've been using Bee Line for all of my mechanical needs since 2000 and would never go anywhere else - unless I break down out of town - and then as soon as I get home I take the Jeep to Craig and the team to ensure repairs were done correctly. They have Always been honest with their assessment of repair needs, fair with quotes & pricing and have always backed up their work. The mechanics there have been with them for many, many years and it's very rare to see a new face - which tells me they treat their employees with the same respect and care that they treat their customers.
