San Diego Auto Repair

As always - Craig, Danny and team ROCK!!!! I have trusted Bee Line since 1999 with several different vehicles and will not take a vehicle anywhere else or recommend any other repair shop to family or friends - well, as long as I need service in town. Unfortunately I was recently on a road trip and had issues and had to take it somewhere else. Once I got the estimate I called Bee Line and told them what had happened and what needed to be done. As Bee Line doesn't do transmission services they were not familiar with the repairs needed but, they made a few phone calls to the transmission shops they recommend and were able to provide valuable feedback on the repairs needed and the quote provided!!!! They Always go over and above with their service and with their repair work!!!! Thank you so much to Craig, Danny and team - they are Always a pleasure to deal with and I have Never walked out of there feeling like I was taken advantage of or paid too much - actually, I usual ask if they forgot to bill me for something as their prices are incredibly reasonable!!!!

They're the best in the city at what they do! Most car folks already know this, but this is where you want to come for tire rotations and alignments.

Beeline provides...quality service. They have ACE Certified mechanics working on your car, and the difference shows. They get the work done once and it fixes the problem once and for all. Their mechanics aren't guessing what the problem is; they KNOW what the problem is. I would not take my baby to anywhere else ever again. Beeline provides...Honest Service. I have gone in just to have them check some kind of noise or just to have a professional look everything over before a long road trip. Sometimes they will tell me "everything looks great." If there is no problem to be fixed, they won't charge you. Crazy right? Beeline provides...Excellent Customer Service. Customers can wait in the lobby(?) for their car. It's a teenie tiny room with about 6 seat lined in a row. Includes heat or A/C, free electricity, and free wi-fi! One of the mechanics and the front desk dude came to the room to tell me how to work the A/C even though I never complained about it being hot. :] You can shut the door if the drills get too loud for you. Pretty comfortable place to get work done.

Recently, I had the guys at Bee Line help me get a used car fixed up. I had them re-do tire/wheel balance the tire shop did not do right and set up the steering gear. I have been going to Bee Line since 1968 and have always received good service. They listen to what I say, explain things and answer my questions. They never try to sell me something I do not need but do tell me of work my car may need in the near future. There shop is set up in a way that allows the customer to watch without being in the way. If they were not good, they would not be there since 1947
