Let me begin by saying there is a very apparent relationship between business longevity and customer service. At Beeline the customer truly is the king and this sentiment has resulted in over 70 years of family owned, small business success. The owner, service writer and mechanic all took time describing what alignment options were available for my driving style. I particularly enjoyed being able to talk with the mechanic as he aligned my car and we conversed about different camber, castor and toe-in options to permit better handling while turning-in more aggressively on road courses. It definitely was not a one size fits all approach as I watched other satisfied customers also receive this top=notch customer service.
